1. Shortened URL Sweepstakes

1.1 How it works

The wi.nr Instant Win Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") consists of an ongoing series of promotional giveaways with a fixed number of Prizes awarded during the Promotional Period. Participants can win prizes by creating Shortened URLs created by the wi.nr URL Shortener (the "Shortened URL") and posting the Shortened URL to the Internet.

1.2 Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are legal age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside at time of entry. Employees of Winr, or the immediate family members of Winr employees are prohibited from entry. All federal, state, municipal, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Participant's browser must accept cookies and have Javascript enabled. Participant cannot use an ad blocker at time of entry or entry will not qualify. Void where prohibited by law.

1.3 How to Play.

Participants can qualify to win prizes by using the wi.nr URL shortening service to create Shortened Urls, posting the Shortened URL on the Internet, and generating clicks from Internet users (the "Shortened URL Entry"). Each click by another person on a Participants' shortened URL will enter the Participant to win a prize. Participants' own clicks on participants' Shortened URLs will not be eligible to win.

You will be notified immediately by email if you have won a Prize. You must complete the registration form in order to receive your prize. To claim your Prize, you must follow the instructions in your notification within ten (10) days. Failure to timely and properly claim any Prize will result in forfeiture. All personally identifiable information submitted by any winner to claim a Prize is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

2. Clicked URL Sweepstakes

2.1 How it works

The wi.nr Instant Win Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") consists of an ongoing series of promotional giveaways with a fixed number of Prizes awarded during the Promotional Period. Participants can win prizes by clicking on Shortened URLs created by the wi.nr URL Shortener (the "Shortened URL") that have been posted to the Internet.

Participants can qualify to win prizes by clicking on Shortened URLs posted to the Internet (The "Clicked URL Entry"). Each click on a Shortened URL will enter the Participant to win a prize. Participants' clicks on participants' own Shortened URLs will not be eligible. No more than the first three (3) clicks on each individual Shortened URL each day during the Promotional Period will qualify as entries. No more than the first one hundred (100) clicks on any Shortened URL each day during the Promotional Period will qualify as entries (the "Daily Entry Limit"); any additional clicks will not be eligible to win.

2.5 Claiming a Prize

You will be notified immediately if you have won a Prize. Upon clicking on the Shortened URL at the winning time, you will be directed to a landing page indicating that you have won. You must complete the registration form in order to receive your prize. To claim your Prize, you must follow the instructions in your notification within ten (10) days. Failure to timely and properly claim any Prize will result in forfeiture. All personally-identifiable information submitted by any winner to claim a Prize is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

3. Friend Referral Sweepstakes

3.1 How it works

The wi.nr Instant Win Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") consists of an ongoing series of promotional giveaways with a fixed number of Prizes awarded during the Promotional Period. Registered wi.nr users can refer friends to wi.nr using the wi.nr referral system located at http://wi.nr. The referred user becomes the referrer's wi.nr Friend. When your wi.nr Friend wins a Prize from the Shortened URL Sweepstakes, you win the same prize.

You will be notified immediately via email if you have won a Prize. You must complete the registration form in order to receive your prize. To claim your Prize, you must follow the instructions in your notification within ten (10) days. Failure to timely and properly claim any Prize will result in forfeiture. All personally-identifiable information submitted by any winner to claim a Prize is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

4. Winner Verification; Prize Receipt

Winners of the Shortened URL Sweepstakes may be required to show verifiable proof of legitimate Shortened URL as well as proof that Shortened URL was posted to the Internet in a legitimate matter. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and publicity release in order to claim their Prize.

Failure to notify the Sponsor of non-receipt within eight weeks after the end of the Promotional Period will result in forfeiture of the Prize. If you fail to receive your prize after four (4) weeks please e-mail us at help@wi.nr.

5. Publicity

Participation constitutes consent to use of Winner's name, likeness, city and state, and Twitter handle for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

6. General Conditions

Limit of one (1) prize per person per week across all wi.nr Sweepstakes. Any Giveaway may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in the opinion of the Sponsor any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor is not responsible for computer problems, failed or lost network connections, email delivery problems, systems failure or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in internet service. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, hackers, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the program as determined by Sponsor, in their sole discretion.

No other cash option for, or substitution, assignment or transfer of, any Prize is permitted. Claimed Prizes will be awarded within four weeks after the end of the relevant Promotional Period. Terms and conditions of gift cards apply. No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

Sponsor reserves the right, in the case where all Prizes have been awarded prior to the scheduled end of the Promotion Period for any Giveaway, to either end the Giveaway or issue more prizes of a type and value solely determined by Sponsor.

You may not enter any of the wi.nr sweepstakes with more than one account or use any type of bots, link farms or networks, or other type of illegitimate method to generate clicks on Shortened URLs. You must accept browser cookies and have Javascript enabled in order to enter. Participant cannot use an ad blocker at time of entry or entry will not qualify. Your entries will be disqualified and your account may be terminated if you violate the Official Rules or wi.nr Terms and Conditions.

7. Limitations of Liability

If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the same or a comparable Sweepstakes. No claimant in any dispute involving the Sponsor shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. Liability of the Sponsor on a claim is limited to the value of the Prize in question.

8. Disputes

Decisions of the Sponsor are final. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to create a Shortened URL will be deemed to be the entrant. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed according to, and governed by, the laws of State of New York, excluding any such laws that might direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. The federal or state courts located in New York County, New York shall have jurisdiction to hear any dispute under this Agreement.

9. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Winr, located a 667 10th St., Brooklyn, NY, 11215. The Sponsor may offer additional benefits or features to Participants, but such benefits or features are independent of the Sweepstakes, do not affect the odds of winning a Prize and are not the responsibility of any other person.

10. Sweepstakes Results; Official Rules

For Sweepstakes results and/or a copy of these Official Rules, send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the address above within thirty (30) days after the end of the Promotional Period. VT and MA residents may exclude return postage.
